Valloop Investor Portal – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Valloop Investor Portal (the "Portal"). By accessing or using the Portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

The Portal is operated by Valloop Holdings Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 13152795), with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, W1W 5PF. The Portal is provided for the purpose of sharing confidential information with authorised users, including approved investors and their permitted professional advisers, where applicable.

Access to the Portal is strictly limited to authorised users. Login credentials must not be shared and must be used only by the individual to whom access is granted. You must keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Unless stated otherwise, information made available through the Portal is confidential and must not be shared, distributed, or disclosed except with Valloop's prior written consent, where required by law, or to permitted professional advisers subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Nothing in the Portal constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, or an offer, invitation, or solicitation. Users should obtain their own independent professional advice before making any decision or taking any action based on information provided through the Portal.
